Custodial View

Taking a “custodial” view means treating our clients’ houses and buildings as if they were our own. Specifically, it means:

  • Discovering the root cause of a problem
  • Looking beyond painting to flag potential issues to clients in areas such as:

    - Carpentry
    - Masonry
    - Roofing
    - Air quality
    - H & A C
    - Plumbing

  • Educating our client about the risks
  • Referring technical experts as appropriate
