Taking a “custodial” view means treating our clients’ houses and buildings as if they were our own. Specifically, it means:
- Discovering the root cause of a problem
- Looking beyond painting to flag potential issues to clients in areas such as:
– Carpentry
– Masonry
– Roofing
– Air quality
– H & A C
– Plumbing - Educating our client about the risks
- Referring technical experts as appropriate
